Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 11, 2026
This policy explains how Juice Fuel uses the ACC automated messaging service when customers communicate with the restaurant through WhatsApp or another supported messaging channel.
Information we process
- Messaging identifiers such as your phone number, WhatsApp identifier, profile name, and the channel used.
- Messages and media you choose to send, including voice notes and any text transcription needed to answer them.
- Order, reservation, delivery, contact, and preference information you provide.
- Operational records such as message status, timestamps, service errors, and security events.
How we use information
We use this information to answer questions, show menu information, process orders and reservations, provide delivery or customer support, maintain conversation continuity, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Automated replies and service providers
Messages may be processed by automated systems to understand requests and generate replies. We may use service providers for messaging, hosting, databases, security, analytics, transcription, and automated response generation. These providers process information only to deliver their services under their applicable contractual and privacy obligations. We do not sell customers' personal information.
Sharing
Information may be shared with Juice Fuel staff who need it to fulfil a request, with Meta and WhatsApp to deliver messages, and with technical service providers operating the ACC platform. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect customers, the restaurant, or the service.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including restaurant operations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, backups, and legal or accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized through routine processes.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Because messaging and cloud providers operate internationally, information may be processed outside your country under the protections offered by those providers and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing. You may stop using the messaging service at any time and can contact the restaurant through its official channels.
Data deletion instructions
To request deletion, send Juice Fuel a message through the same WhatsApp conversation and clearly state that you want your personal data deleted, or use the contact channels available on the official Juice Fuel menu website. Include the phone number used with the service so the restaurant can verify and locate the correct records. Information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes may be kept only for the required period. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup lifecycle.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the messaging service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain available at this URL.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact Juice Fuel through the WhatsApp conversation you used or through the contact channels on the official menu website.
